Writs of Certiorari

This is the writ, which is essentially a letter that is given by the appellate court in order to review a lower court's decision in situations where not automatic right to appeal exists. The Supreme Court for instance would issue a certain writ in order to act on a case that may have had different decisions from two lower appeals courts.

The law firm has a proven history of securing writs of certiorari for appeals cases.
