Directions
VIA U.S. 1
Take U.S. 1 South. Make a left on 16th Ave. and stay in the right hand lane. Proceed through the light and go down to 23rd Road. We are on the corner of 23rd Road and 3rd Avenue, on the left hand side of the street. We're on the fourth floor of a five story, all glass building. Parking is available in the rear of the building.
VIA I-95
Go South on I-95 and get off at exit 1A, which is the Key Biscayne/Rickenbacher Causeway Exit. After getting off at the exit, make a right at the first light that you get to (SW 25th Rd). Proceed two blocks and make a right at the next light you get to (Coral Way/SW 3rd Ave) We're a block and a half down on the left hand side of the street. We're on the fourth floor of a five story, all glass building. Parking is available in the rear of the building.
VIA PALMETTO
Take the Dolphin Expressway (836) East and then take I-95 South. Go South on I-95 and get off at exit #1A, which is the Key Biscayne/Rickenbacher Causeway Exit. VIA DOLPHIN EXPRESSWAY

VIA CORAL WAY
Go east on Coral Way until 12th Ave. Follow curve slightly towards the left (which is 3rd Ave.) down to 22nd Road and we are on the left hand side. We're on the fourth floor of a five story, all glass building. Parking is available in the rear of the building.
VIA 8TH STREET
Go east on 8th to 2nd Ave. and make a right. Go all the way down to Coral Way(13th Street) and then make a right. Follow the curve toward the left and we are on the right hand side. We're on the fourth floor of a five story, all glass building. Parking is available in the rear of the building.
