Notes:  Motion for post conviction relief was granted and the judgement and sentence were vacated.  The state subsequently dismissed all charges allowing client to avoid deportation from the united states.
   
Charge: Grand Theft - 2nd Degree 
Disposition: Conviction Vacated, Charges Dismissed
Date: December 2nd, 2005
Case: State v.  M.D.; Case 85-02746CFAES     
Court: 7th Judicial Cir., Volusia County, Florida
Notes:  In order to avoid deportation consequences, the court granted the client’s motion for post relief vacating the client’s 1986 conviction for grand theft 2nd degree.  The state subsequently dismissed all charges.
